All orders placed on the PranTag website are processed within standard working hours. Ready-to-ship products are typically dispatched sooner, while made-to-order or customized items require additional time for preparation and quality checks before they are shipped. Customers will receive a confirmation message once the order is placed and another update when the order has been dispatched. Delays may occur due to high order volumes, holidays or unforeseen operational issues, but we always strive to process orders as quickly as possible.

Shipping Duration and Delivery Estimates

Delivery timelines shown on the website are estimates provided by our courier partners and may vary depending on the destination, local conditions and logistics operations. While we aim to deliver all orders within the expected timeframe, external factors such as weather, transportation delays or regional restrictions may affect the actual delivery time. Customers will receive tracking details once the order is shipped so they can follow the progress of their package throughout the journey.

Shipping Partners and Order Tracking

PranTag works with trusted courier and logistics partners to ensure safe and timely delivery of all orders. Once an order is shipped, customers receive a tracking link that provides live updates on the status and location of their package. While we rely on professional delivery services, the movement and handling of the package are controlled by the courier after dispatch. Any changes in delivery schedule, attempted delivery notifications or courier delays will be communicated directly through the tracking system.

Incorrect Addresses, Failed Deliveries and Redelivery

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information during checkout, including name, address, contact number and any specific instructions required for successful delivery. If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, unreachable phone number or repeated failed delivery attempts, the courier may return the order to us. In such cases, customers may be required to pay additional fees for reshipping. PranTag is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

Damaged, Lost or Delayed Shipments

Although we take great care in packing all orders, unexpected issues may arise during transit. If a shipment arrives damaged, delayed or appears to be lost, customers are requested to contact us as soon as possible so we can assist with necessary investigations. Courier delays and handling issues are beyond our direct control, but we will support customers with the available information and work with the courier partner to resolve the matter. Liability for such issues is limited as described in our Terms & Conditions and customers acknowledge that shipping risks transfer to the courier once the package is dispatched.
